Description
Sagartiidae with the column not differentiated into regions. Cinclides present on upper part of column; suckers, periderm, solid papillae and tubercles are absent. Mesenteries equal in number proximally and distally, often irregularly arranged due to asexual reproduction.
Type-species: Actinothoe sphyrodeta (Gosse, 1858)
