Description
Parazoanthidae with a well-developed canal system in the body-wall mesogloea forming a distinct ring-sinus; lacunae and cell-islets may also be present. Horny axial skeleton absent.
Type-species: Parazoanthus axinellae (Schmidt, 1862)
